ABOUT ME

Courtney is a workforce transformation professional focused on the development, outreach and maintenance of adult education training programs.

Courtney received her Bachelors Degree from George Washington University, and has continued her studies at University of North Carolina - Charlotte in the Learning, Design & Technology, Educational Leadership program with a Concentration in Online Teaching.

She is focused on adult education, on-line learning and modernizing education for corporate companies and small businesses.

"Today's teenagers will be in the workforce in 5 years, we need to work to modernize training to include technology and tools currently used in the K-12 classroom."

To move education and training forward, you need to have a plan. I believe that when you are creating training, regardless of duration, subject or delivery, you need to have a clear path to create sustainable content that people will use.
